Tire carriers for 4" square RV bumpers. Universal design for rigid and folding mounts. Simply pick up one lug hole on the top of the carrier loop and clamp the wheel to the carrier through the center opening. The back plates have stops designed in for easy mounting to bumper, includes hardware and U-bolts.
